# Klariton

> Klariton helps e-commerce brands and shops be found, understood and quoted inside AI answers (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and agentic shopping assistants). It turns a brand's own product knowledge into source-backed answers, an on-site advisor and AI-readable content — without expensive enterprise software. Operated by Natur Bohne GmbH (Vöhringen, Germany).

## What Klariton does

- **Buying Answers** — sourced answers for product, comparison and decision questions, embedded on any page; every answer carries its source.
- **Guided Advisor** — a controlled on-site sales advisor for complex buying journeys that recommends real products from your catalog and can cross-sell. Live: answers are source-backed and hand over to a human when the material runs out.
- **Inline Guidance** — contextual answers embedded directly into product pages, pinned next to the buying decision.
- **Studio** — where you maintain your Material (the knowledge base), personas and touchpoints.
- **Agentic Reach** — makes your catalog readable and quotable for AI answer engines and agentic checkout. Measures how often AI crawlers read your content (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Perplexity, Gemini/Google, Claude/Anthropic).
- **LLM Discovery Intelligence (AI Visibility / Share of Voice)** — discover where LLMs find, cite and recommend your category: the share of provider citations in your category that go to you, per engine and per buying phase. Every gap links the Buying Answer that closes it.
- **Safe Guard** continuously checks published buying-advisor answers (BIQs) against material, product data and rules, and surfaces findings (claim drift, unsupported claims, contradictions, material gaps, stale answers) before a customer relies on them. It is the operational quality net for published answers, not live monitoring, and a human decides every change.
- **Compliance Center** is the rulebook and chain of evidence for AI advice in commercial contexts. It defines what an AI advisor may say, which statements are approved, which trust claims are shown, which mandatory notices were acknowledged, and it logs abuse attempts, with a full audit trail of who approved or changed what and when. Built for commerce, SaaS, B2B products, services and expert-led categories.

## Trust & data handling

- **Security gateway**: every request to an AI model (Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity, DeepL) is forced through a pseudonymization gateway. Names, email addresses and phone numbers are replaced with placeholders before the request leaves Klariton's infrastructure; only the redacted version is stored and embedded.
- **EU-hosted** (Frankfurt). No model training on customer data. Read-only shop connection. GDPR + DPA, audit log, role-based access.
- Everything served via llms.txt, the feed and the sitemap is public content only — no personal data.
